Hi! You purchased my listing of the two Starbucks iridescent mugs.
I read your review and was so disappointed that one of the mugs was broken when you received the box. How can I make this right? I wrapped each one completely in bubble wrap and also used air wraps in package - I wish you had reached out before leaving a negative review. How can I send you another mug?
