rricharson08 @biancakeys I was shocked to receive the suite to find out that it had (what looked like makeup stains).. Your item description didn't state the conditions of the suite (the stains, the jacket started to come apart at the shoulder and it was poorly stitched up, I found some hairs on the outfit).. These are the reasons why for the rating. If all of these conditions were stated up front in the item description, there would no poor ratings b/c I would've already knew what I was purchasing.
