I emailed you twice today. You sent me a bracelet that was a fraud. I had it appraised and it was not 5 carats as you listed is want my money back. It was 2.97 carats and bad quality.

@llindgren1963 We sell with full integrity. The jewelers are in business to make their own sales. On Poshmark you can return an item for a full refund if not satisfied. You need to send back to Poshmark and they would forward it back to us.
