I don't think the will send your money to an email address. you will need to go into your account and link your bank account numbers to have them direct depodit your money. have you done that? if not- go to the app, go to your Account tab-My Balance-Redeemable Balance and select your method to set up a direct deposit. or you can request a check. hope this helps.

I'd really appreciate it if you would change it since I shipped them to you the next day, packaged them nicely, and they were described correctly. Fit is not something I can control.
