Yes I understand you don't see the counter offer but I have it on my end and I can not change it or resend it. Have you checked your emails to see if there is a notice there? I can put the item for sale for $12 with the regular $7.99 shipping which would come out to the same, or less, than the $16 counter offer with discount shipping. If you want to do that let me know.
