Are you new honey to posh? There’s an area where we purchased and has all that information and at the very bottom has problems are inquiries push that you want to return and then if they ask why say it is the wrong size. They’re going to give you a label for return And they send me a label to send

you the new one that way everything is paid for and we don’t have to pay for the returns also it’s against the rules to do it any other way so it would be considering going off of posh and that gets my whole closet closed down. So let me know when you got that done it should send me a right away and let me know and I will agree that you got the wrong size and we should be good

Whatever you do don’t tell them that you needed a different size than what you ordered just tell them that you received the wrong size because they don’t allow returns for sizes unless I sent you the wrong size by accident. So I’m willing to take the hit everything you write in that log area they keep track of

everything so you just wanna keep it simple that you got the wrong size and then I’ll come back in and say yes I’m sorry I gave them the wrong size they’ll print you out a label to tell you that you were approved for a return they’ll pay for it if by chance they don’t approve it I have never gone against posh but we couldn’t do a return on our own but that would come out of our pockets so we’ll get there if we have to but let’s try it this way first

Hey I just talked to posh and need to understand exactly what we were supposed to do from here and they said that you were supposed to purchase the size 4 send me back the size 8 and they will reimburse you for the size 8. You do know that if I would’ve said I did not agreed to a return you would’ve never been approved because you can’t return

something because you got the wrong size now if I sent you the wrong size than what you ordered That would be completely different so I went above and beyond to make sure that you are able to give your girlfriend the right size so I hope you stick to your word and do what you said you were gonna do and that is purchased a size 4 from me thank you

I have absolutely no clue why you put me through all that to return an item because it didn’t fit your girlfriend so I was kind enough to approve the return for a different size. Then two weeks later after everything’s done and over with they’ve approved you under the basis that the I approved of the return. Only for you not to return it lol I guess you’ll have to figure out if you want it you have to side yourself now
