johannartaylor @randeet oh my gosh- i am so sorry, I had another order I shipped out with yours and I must have swapped the labels at the post office. Well I am not sure what happens when a case is submitted but I will reach out to the other girl and let her know what happened and hopefully they can get it taken care of asap. I apologize for the mistake.
