Soror, could you please message me so that I may have clarification as to what your comments are about? We shipped item the next day and packaged it beautifully for you. It is brand new and totally clean and packed well.in addition it is exactly as it was pictured as all of our items are photographs by me of my own unique design.
Perhaps this rating was for a different item from another seller?
