heather_5816 Hello! I just wanted to let you know I shipped the watch this morning. Before using you will need to put on the charger before it will turn on, you need to download the app “hiwatch” it’s a blue icon in the App Store. Then you should be able to connect to your phone via Bluetooth. Have a wonderful new year! Thank you for your purchase!!
