d_ray03 Hi. I just wanted to follow up with my package info (dark blue Zanerobe jogger jeans size 36). I have not yet heard back from USPS and I don’t think that Poshmark understands that I didn’t receive it yet. I wanted to make sure that they did not send it back to you. If USPS can’t find it, I’d like to get a refund from Poshmark. Thanks for your help and understanding. I hope that you’re continuing to stay safe/healthy!

raquelnycposh @d_ray03 Hello. I saw Poshmarks feedback from your case. I'm glad you've been talking to poshmark and the USPS. The tracking information said that It was supposedly delivered to you like you had mentioned, but I guess no one was home so they scheduled a redelivery. I know you said something about USPS saying they may have lost it out there. Maybe as you work with the USPS they will refund you. Unless they find the pants.

raquelnycposh @d_ray03 As for me nothing has been sent to me at all. And there was no indication that it would be. Maybe someone else accepted it in your neighborhood or it's lost over there. raquelnycposh @d_ray03 Oh wait! also I know they closed your case, but maybe contact Poshmark as you speak to USPS. Or if USPS finds out something new. Again I'm sorry you to go through that. I think the USPS is overwhelmed now, so their making alot of errors. I'm glad their communicating with you though. Again have a safe, healthy, good day. 😊
