@kfmarx01 Hi Kim I received my packages and I'm sad to say 2 of the large plates were shattered: ( I could see the care in the packaging and I am shocked as to how it could happen but obviously the mail carriers don't take pride in their job as much as we do when we're sending fragile items:( I have pictures as well with that being said ,was there any insurance purchased? What would you like me to do?

@kfmarx01 I could see that you and your husband worked very hard to get them here safely and I'm sad that did not happen, I would like the 2replacement plates because I love them! But do you have some sort of insurance to where you can get reimbursed? I feel terrible that this happened since you did try so hard to avoid this

My husband is on the phone with Post office right now letting them know that our packages were mishandled by our carrier , it's so sad people just don't care anymore: ( I will be on the front porch waiting for the next two so I can make sure they don't get slammed down. I received my plates today & regardless of the box being smashed on every which side/ corner even though it was clearly marked "fragile" they're in perfect condition! Thank you so much for all the extra time &effort &consideration you and your husband took,it is greatly appreciated! My family & I have already used our bowls and we are excited to use these :)If there was a place for a 100 star rating you would DEFINITELY get it! Thanks again, stay safe
