Hi Raquel
I do not really understand why your rating mentions that I could improve ship time when I shipped the item the exact same day you ordered it on March 7. As I have no control whatsoever on the time taken by Canada Post to deliver a parcel once they receive it at the post, it seems pretty unfair to me that I would get a lower rating for this reason.

Usually I ship my items in 2 days (which is already great compared to the usual) and this time I sent it on the very day youordered it so I really do not understand the comment on this. First time ever I receive less than a 5 star rating actually. Nevertheless I hope you enjoy your new piece. Thanks
