Hi—I shipped your Kate Spade yesterday morning after the post office reopened from the long weekend, but it’s not yet showing up in tracking. I have had that happen before where it doesn’t track and then magically starts tracking once it’s out for delivery at the destination. I’ll keep checking and let you know if there are any updates, but I hope it is well on it’s way to you!

Hi Rachel. I wanted to let you know I received a notification from USPS saying your coat is arriving late today. I'm sorry for the delay. Our post office is understaffed and I have had trouble getting my mail. In fact I dropped the coat off to be mailed at 9 am the next day after printing the label and it looks like they did not scan it until almost 5pm. I hope you love the coat. I struggled with selling it. It's so cute!!
