Hi! You’ve just rated an item I sold you as a one-star, saying it was never received. Poshmark sends buyers an email once an item is delivered and accepted. I have the email saying you accepted the item on December 26th (a few days after it was delivered). The delivery time may have been longer that usual since this was over the holidays, but it was mailed in a timely manner.
Can you please adjust your rating? Thank you.

@ellesangels order was placed with expedited shipping...poshmark had to send a shipping reminder to you 4 days after the order was placed...still did not arrive for a week. I never saw it. Might have been taken from my porch. I never sent email saying I received. they sent email stating it appears to have arrived. Do not drag me into a situation. I come to Poshmark to buy no drama.

@raymac51 My message simply requested you adjust the rating. YOUR PACKAGE WAS SENT ON DAY 3 as I was sick, the post office often doesn’t scan until the item is being loaded for shipment.
For the record, Posh sends sellers 2 types of emails. One - if buyers click “accept” after a package has been received. The second basically says, “buyer did not accept in a timely manner...item was delivered and funds have been released.” Guess which one I got? Have a great day you lovely human.😊

@raymac51 Also, there is no such thing as expedited shipping. You placed a standard order. All Posh packages are sent Priority Mail. If you needed same or next day shipping you need to request that from the seller prior to placing an order.
If your item was never received, that needs to be addressed directly with Poshmark. Not through the rating system.

@ellesangels As I said...the rating was for the delay in shipping....you own that!!!
It is called expedited shipping on all orders...and again, my history of ratings have all been 5's.
Were you not notified by Poshmark to ship the item 4 days after the order was placed? I did not take up RECEIPT of the item because I was not sure it was not taken from my porch. You got paid, you should have executed shipping faster. End of story. Please do not continue to hound me.

A) You waited almost 1 month to complain=silly.
B) You took a simple request to adjust the rating to another level.
C) Posh sends the email automatically. I am telling you the items were already at the post office when I got the email.
D) Again, I was sick. I also have a life and a job.
E) Calm down. I’ll take your one star. You can see that my other ratings are 5-stars. Be realistic about your expectations and learn to communicate early when you have issues. Bye!
