saphira15 @rayquyen Hi! The shipping is set by Poshmark. The buyer will pay a flat shipping fee when they purchase an item. You will then receive an email with the shipping label, which you can place on the package (flat rate boxes are currently not accepted). The label covers up to 5 lbs. At this time you can't pick the shipping option for the buyer. Let me know if I can help with anything else!

saphira15 @rayquyen Hi Ray, yes when someone purchases a bundle you get one shipping label for all items to be shipped in one package. The max weight is 5 lbs. but you can purchase an upgraded shipping label in the app if you need additional weight. This is paid for by you as the seller. Hope this helps!

rayquyen @styleswitch Hi Tina, my bundle setting is set at 20% so a buyer has bundled and on my end it says the bundle is $16.80 but on her end it still says $21. If I make an offer, it says I have to go below $16 because of a shipping discount? If she purchases, does she get the discount automatically even if it says $21 on her end?

rayquyen @brujanegra Hi Melanie, The package was taken to the post office in Mira Mesa on 9/12 but evidently the post office didn't scan the package in to start the tracking. I contacted a post office worker who told me the package is most likely still in route & the receiving post office in NY will scan the item in when they receive it. This should happen by Monday at the latest. -- Ray

The postal worker said that if I dropped the package off in the afternoon on 9/12, it wouldn't get sent until 6pm from the post office so it will take at least 3 days to get from San Diego to NY. I have asked them to open a service request #02633628 just in case and I should be contacted by a postal worker within 2-3 days if the package doesn't start tracking. I will keep you updated.
