Yes I'm sorry I had a death in the family and I'm out of state and the shoes are at home.. It said you accepted the order and that's why it charged your card. I have contacted customer support to let them know what's going on I have a flight leaving this afternoon I can get them in the mail Thursday if you still want them .. If not I'm waiting on customer support to contact me back about your refund. It won't let me cancel order Again I'm so sorry
