marayfilfred @aseworld hi I did make a purchase and nmits been 2 days and the seller hasn't shipped the item or respond to my comment. How do I cancel and get refund or how do I go about it

4ase @marayfilfred Poshmark gives a seller 3-5 days to ship the item. If the seller doesn’t ship it after 7 days of purchase you can cancel it. Right now you can’t do anything about it. Just a piece of advice, if you want the item faster, ask the seller when he/she can ship it before you purchase it. Hope this helps!

marayfilfred @aseworld oh ok. I'm new to all of this. So I was unaware. But yes this helps alot. Thank you so much. I purchased basketball shoes for my little sister and her season already started and I promised her I have them to her within 2 weeks. I didnt expect to come across this.

marayfilfred @aseworld so the ones my sister wanted are the Black and Red Nike Prime Hype...size 7 in mens. She asked for that specifically. I try looking for a nice one that low price and that's why I bought the one from this seller but no response from then yet.
