lovelysposhmark I am so sorry your pea coat did not fit! I have contacted the posh customer support requesting that they help me process a refund for you. I don’t want you to get stuck with it if it doesn’t fit you. I will let you know. I know I have contacted them in the past for refunds on items that don’t fit and they approve it.

lovelysposhmark @razzmelinda normally I don’t accept the item or review, since I think it accepts the item upon review. I usually contact the seller to let them know and then poshmark contact for return and let them know it doesn’t fit. They open a “case” then review it and usually approve meaning they give you a shipping label at no cost to you to send back. You get refunded and I get the item :) super easy...

lovelysposhmark @razzmelinda ... . I went ahead an contacted them to let them know but they haven’t replied. Maybe you could try as well. I just hate that this happened and want to make sure you are happy! I will definitely update the description once I get it back. Also I will give you a huge discount on anything of your choice from my closet for your troubles. Again my apologies.

lovelysposhmark It seems they did not want to approve a return in this case. So what I can do is give you the 12.00 credit toward another item in my closet. Is there anything you want to apply that too? If so let me know and we can make it work. Again I’m sorry about that.
