jenandchase Hi Re - l am sorry for the delay in responding to you about your order! But l encountered a snag with your order. l can't find the shoes yet! 😔 l have been looking in all my inventory and personal closet spots and they have yet to be seen. l used them to style a dress not long ago, too. Anyway, l am going to give them 1 more day to show up as l go through more of my space. l have learned l have SOOO many shoes. Haha!

jenandchase Hi again Re - well, l was unsuccessful in finding the yellow shoes you had ordered. So sorry for that to be your firat experience with our closet. That has happened only happened 1 time out of the 800 items l have sold. l maintain a good storage system, but l see now l need to tighten it up even more. lf they eventually turn up, l will let you know for sure. afashionation Hi, you just purchased my pink Adrienne Vittadini Pink Flat. I am so sorry to tell you that when I pulled the shoe from inventory, I realized it is marked size 10 and I checked the actual shoe and it is indeed a size 10. I know this will not fit you if you are an 8,5, but I do not want to cancel without your permission. Again, I cant apologize enough for my mistake in listing this item with the wrong size.
