deborahwagner35 Surprised that there was any imperfection since this was shipped in the original, unopened, manufacturer's packaging and it was wrapped in styrofoam and a plastic bag to protect all of the surfaces.

reaganrios @deborahwagner35 same here. Must have just come like that. I’ll obviously still use it as it doesn’t affect the usability of the product, but would may be recommend maybe checking individual products (even if brand new) before sending them out(:

deborahwagner35 I have purchased several for myself, friends, family and Poshers and everyone said they were gorgeous. Since a lot of Poshers are purchasing for the holidays now, I intentionally did not want to mess with the manufacturer's packaging. First I heard of any problem, but I will open them and undo all the wrappings in the future. Sorry it wasn't perfect. At least you were able to see it was brand new.
