velvetpeachposh @rea5na so I ended up making the skirt myself just bought a whole lots of ribbon and lace and used my sewing machine!! It was so hard to find a good new Veracruz dress they usually are very cheap looking and the material is not the best. Mexico would be the place to buy but i just didn’t have time. Damas used the aprons once for the 15 and that’s it there are 4 small and the one my daughter used is a little different bigger lace more flowers. I will post a pic for you and tag you.
