Hello I am so sorry i went to ship your watch I had it in the box open to make sure it still had the plastic thing on it cause it is new and to check if it worked and as I did I accidentally dropped it and cracked the crystal glass on the face of the watch I am so sorry i will cancel or i have a couple of other watches you might like I can send instead a fossil watch and a couple of other good name brands I will list just let me know what you want to do
