belladipalermo @rebecag05 since you created the shipping label, I believe you can, and should contact USPS to find out why it’s going to California. Is it possible you entered my address incorrectly? The confirmation email has the correct address so I’m not sure how that could possibly happen. But I think you need to investigate or issue me a refund. Thanks very much.

rebecag05 @belladipalermo Actually Poshmark provides the shipping label based on the information you provide; sellers do not create the shipping labels. I don’t have the ability to change anything. I recommend contacting Poshmark.

rebecag05 @belladipalermo also, sellers don’t get paid until you receive and accept the item so I don’t have anything to refund you at this point. Poshmark is holding the funds. Another reason why I recommend you contact Poshmark.
