nicoleealy Hi there i see you open a case on the diaper bag saying it's not as described. May I ask what is the issues?

rsoupir @nicoleealy it is missing the main carrying strap, it is supposed to have the two straps on it as backpack straps and then a longer thicker one that is an over shoulder strap. 3 straps total. It only came with the 2 backpack straps that were put on wrong

nicoleealy @rsoupir oh, you have to connect those two straps together to have it long strap . I bought it from pottery barn in nc when I was visiting my family down there I paid $140 for it.

nicoleealy @rsoupir I'm sorry you are disappointed bout this item. That what the lady shows me down in nc bc I couldn't figure it out n she said connected twos strap together to make it one long strap or also turn it in two backpack n I'm like oh wow cool it all in once!
