codyano @rebeccalittle I spoke with Poshmark today, they will give us shipping labels after you open a “Received Wrong Item” case. I opened a “Sent Wrong Item” case this morning and it was pretty straightforward. Let me know if you have any questions!

rebeccalittle @codyano hi, I’ve been out of town and finally got a chance to address this with Poshmark. Before you told me you accidentally sent the wrong boot, I canceled the order with Poshmark so I can’t do a wrong item return. I reached out to customer support to see if they can reopen the sale. If not, I’m happy to repurchase the boots and try to get the other boot back to you

rebeccalittle @codyano hey! So I’m going on day 3 of not hearing back from Poshmark support. Do you want to post another listing for the one boot, I buy it and then try to send the wrong boot back? I’m not sure what else to do at this point
