beccslee @jshopmycloset I actually do have a question! I bought a pair of heels from a seller about 4 wks ago. After several days I asked the seller when she planned to ship; she said “dropped them in the mail today.” Another week goes by with no info and no responses. But I can see on her account that she’s communicating with other buyers. Are sellers allowed to get away with acting like this?

beccslee It’s just so frustrating because I know I’ve been nothing but polite. I ever offered to pay more if she’d changed her mind about the price. I just can’t understand it...and I really want the shoes. 😜😜 Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

beccslee @jshopmycloset well that’s the thing...she said she shipped it but never did. Poshmark still shows as “awaiting shipment.”

beccslee I am very understanding; I just wish she would communicate with me. And as far as I know there’s no way to report or give feedback for a seller without a transaction being completed.

jshopmycloset @beccslee if you purchased the item and the seller hasn't ship it yet, you can actually cancel the order. But if the seller says, she'd dropped it in the mail already. You can go ahead to track your own package under your " My Purchases "

jshopmycloset @beccslee well if that's the case. Awaiting shipment means she hasn't ship the item yet. But if it says, USPS awaiting scan. It means she dropped it off in the mail already.

My advice is for you to cancel the order. I know you love that shoes so much. But if that's going to give you hassle and headache from that transaction, better yet cancel the order. I know for sure you will find another pair of shoes here in Posh.

beccslee No problem! Thanks for touching base. Every now and then it takes an extra day or so to scan into the system. I had one sweater that took 2 weeks to get to me! It was just randomly stuck at a sorting center for days!
