youngjus I have info from my Apple support guy Sorry to keep bothering you So when she goes to icloud.com on a computer, does she see her watch associated with Find my iPhone service? Is it there listed as a device?

youngjus If the watch was erased without unpairing first, then the activation lock will remain on until the Apple ID password is entered.
