I am so sorry I could not find that bracelet anywhere I look high and low. We're in the process of moving and it's a bit of a mess. @beheyn69 I think it is very unfair to give a seller 3 stars, with “could improve” without any explanation as to what or how I can improve. I’ve messaged you asking you nicely if you could please let me know what the issue is with your purchase. I’ve offered to give you a full refund to return the cardholder. It seems to me since you won’t answer any of my messages the problem is on your end. Plus the fact I’ve been a seller since 2015 with 2,000 sales, most are 5 star ratings.
