emystrs Rebecca, I explained that I bought it for myself. I put on a wig cap and tried it on, Did not mess with it too much, I was certain it was too much for me. I never removed the tags or wore. That wig is absolutely brand new! Yes the curls are softer. That’s why I liked. I have four other wigs. And what I learned is. Not to give up just make it your own! Please watch the u tube videos. You will learn so much. I just couldn’t wear the curls. I still love that wig. I hope you learn to. Barbara
