beccao700 @kmo18 hi! I’m sorry I didn’t see your messages, I’ve had a hectic week at work. I checked with the post office drop off I work with and they told me they had some delays on their end with backed up packages/understaffing but their working to get all the packages out. I’m not sure why tracking hasn’t been activated yet, I checked with posh and they said that they haven’t scanned it yet. I’m really not sure what the issue is but it likely is with the post office.

If the post office still has your package I’ll hopefully be able to get it from them, but if tracking activates, I would appreciate it if you would send the dress back to me since you not longer want it/are dissatisfied with my efforts to resolve this issue for you.
