jenafurss Hi, last night when I was preparing to pack your necklace I somehow created a knot on one side of the chain. I spent 2 hrs trying to get it out and I am unable to. I posted a picture and put it in the first listing 'Bundles'. I am so sorry, especially knowing the necklace was purchased because of the sentimental meaning. I can cancel the order or give a significant discount. Do you possibly want the bee earrings? Just let me know what you would like for me to do and I will do it.
