olemisschik @jloutou I am so sorry to hear that happened!! I mailed the earrings!!! They were in a black velvet jewelry bag and I wrapped it in tissue paper and put a note on it on Lilly Pulitzer note paper to thank you for your purchase. Did the envelope look tampered with at all? I am shocked to hear it was empty!!

jloutou You did not seal the envelope you taped only one part of the envelope and the back so the left side was loss . I think it most have slipped out during the delivery/transport. I paid $6 for shipping you could do better with securing the package before sending it out I guess I have to take a lost 😡
