xtina0628 U bought the Pureology from me. No, they had never been opened; some distributors have bottles that are sealed, others do not, and I have no control over that aspect when I purchase bulk inventory. I apologize for going the extra step to ensure no leakage happened during shipping by using tape. You can clearly tell whether an item is brand new or not, whether it's been used or not, and I do not sell used products unless otherwise stated. I would gladly issue u if u are unsatisfied.
