sitsteady @ sitsteady hi, I’ve just responded to the case and since I did not purchase those 2 charms from authentic pandora store and purchased from poshmark itself .. I cannot confirm it’s authenticity & now I realize I’ve purchase a fake charm so I’m willing to refund the price for both charms in full & u do not have to ship it .. since this never happened to me .. not sure how I should be doing the partial refund minus 3 charms .. kindly apologize for any inconvenience .. sitsteady @rlkennedy10 yeah all of my collection are genuine I’ve collected since 2008.. this is the first time this happened and since I’ve purchased from someone & not from a store .. I did take responsibility.. but kindly leave me a positive review so it won’t affect my credibility.. I’ll really appreciate that very much ☺️

I’ve never sold a counterfeit in history before .. this is a honest mistake since Ive purchased it from another seller, I haven’t thought about verifying since it had a stamp .. I thought I bought an authentic charm ..now poshmark warned me for selling a non authentic product which I feel very sad for me going through ..
