Hi & thank you for your interest. Yes Im between a 7 & 7.5, & I used a very thin insole (I do with all my shoes & boots for more comfort) & they fit great. So they are definitely a true 7.5. Very cool looking booties I think. I have tendon damage in both legs & am lucky to be walking so I’m looking for new homes for all my shoes. I loved these, they are worn gently, but definitely have lots of life left in them! I really liked that I could wear them to work & w/ jeans or leggings. -Barbara :)

Hi! I’m Julie—getting back to you about the Nike running shirt. I measured and pit to pit is 19”. And yes, inside the shirt there is a tag that says 100% polyester. Hope that is helpful!
