rebeccadlevine @shulers14 It’s a damage during the shipping. That was black stuff all over the envelope and then it was placed in a plastic envelope. The black stuff got all over the dress. If you want me to send you a picture I can. I’m very disappointed because I love the dress so much.

I inadvertently printed out TWO labels with your name and address, and sent your package along with another buyer's package to your address. I was operating too quickly, and was sending too many packages!

I have put in a request with USPS to intercept the other buyer's package, but there is a chance that they will intercept your package as well and send it back to me because they share the same tracking number. If that's the case, and your package is returned to me, I will send it out again right away and refund your money. I am terribly sorry for the mix-up!
