shopsense Hi Rebecca, I’m so sorry about this in advance, but another buyer received the Modcloth brand top and dress you purchased, and a top is on its way to you that was meant for another buyer. Please let me know as soon as you receive a Poshmark package from me, and I will update you as soon as possible for the next step on how to do a return (not on your cost, my own). I’m embarrassed, as I’ve never once done this before in the past 10 years of doing resale, 5 on Poshmark.

Luckily, she’s also honest and sent photos of your exact order :), so we have proof already for your order. I have also twice contacted Poshmark, and tracking says the package is out for delivery to you today, so I hope to have an update for you today on how to resolve this!

shopsense @radistef2 Absolutely, they are ready to return the package and I have proof that *they received your order, so if they do not return it, I will fight for you, and vice versa. Since all 3 of us (her, you and I) are all in CA, I am hoping that I can coordinate it so you both ship and receive the correct packages within the same or next day. Please do not open the clear packaging itself when you receive her order today, just the box itself so you can take a photo and send it to Poshmark.

radistef2 @shopsense to fix it we (Buyers) need to go to our purchases page. Select the item, and select problems/order inquiry. Then we select order not as described, which opens a report order. Report orders must be filed within 72hrs of receiving the item. We select received incorrect item, upload a picture or pictures of the items received and a short explanation as why the item is incorrect

radistef2 I can't fill it out yet because I don't have the item to take pictures, but will as soon as it comes. Once the report is sent posh will review it and send out return shipping labels for us to swap.

radistef2 I just received the item and filled out the Case Report, I didn't have to open the package to take pictures because the case is clear and displayed the brand name. I looked up the item to help Posh Identify the order it was switched with, and specifically requested a shipping label to get it back to the other buyer.

radistef2 Posh usually takes about a day to review the order and send out shipping labels, I expect to be able to ship it by Friday , but I would love if it were Thursday. Of course this depends on how quickly Posh sends out the labels.

radistef2 When I was looking up the item description for the top (so Posh could find the swapped order number) I saw the post from the other buyer. It worried me when they said, "if you send me the Johnny Was top, I can send you back your package" please don't let her hold my items hostage, it's just a swap I guarantee she will receive her item. I've done this before. I also read that she texted you. That isn't ok. All Posh stuff should be handled on Posh. I'm sorry that happened to you, it's super creepy
