I am so so so extremely sorry I hate this I was so excited about shipping these adorable products to someone who is obviously new to Poshmark anyways I wrote a comment in the Open case review that I'd like you to read obviously you are right and poshmark is going to have you mail back the items in then they're going to refund you the money ...

alwaysannie But I would like to make this up to you I can mail you out a new too Faced highlighter first thing in the morning and wrap it in a bottle of bubble wrap and send you the tracking number (I still have your address on my email) and the one that's broken and you can just keep it....

alwaysannie Now I couldn't come out and say this in the case review but if you keep it I'm sure if you went to Sephora or alter until then he received as a gift and it's broken they'll probably give you store credit if not then they will definitely let you replace it but most the time go exchange the broken one with store credit

alwaysannie I hate that this happened I know mistakes happen but i'd really like to fix it let me know either way what you decide and if you decide to let me replace it then let me know as soon as you can and I will be at the post office in a flash because I'm not working tomorrow also you are completely protected you're not excepting my items you are merely but Amy send you a replacement and if it all checks out then I will drop the case

alwaysannie @becca2088 yea... I should have explained that after discussing it the case reveiw.... i just reprinted the PM shipping label for you. I obvi didn't say that's what I was going to do on the reveiw board bc it's I think it's kind of frowned upon using the same shipping label allows me to ship it for free however the tracking # is the same so it's only going to show you it's been delivered

alwaysannie But I mailed it when I said I did it should be arriving tomorrow or Monday... listen if you want to just cancel the order you can and I will completely understand. I'm very sorry it came broken I try to package all my AMC extremely safely however after receiving your pictures I talk to a friend who's works with too Faced and she told me it's a big problem right now that the rainbow strips are all coming apart b4 they're delivered ppl buy them from stores already to find it's broken

alwaysannie @becca2088 I make sure yours second highlighter was packed and mail as if it was a Faberge egg... but if you don't want to wait or if you're frustrated then it's completely understandable I completely get it if you need to cancel/refund & return you order

alwaysannie @becca2088 yeah I kept one for myself and I LOVE it- I'm not a huge too faced fan bc I think some of their items are sloppily made and overpriced this is a perfect example of sloppily made however that's not to say some of the make up isn't just so adorable and really good this highlighter is definitely one of their better products its just a pain in the butt to keep from breaking while shipping

alwaysannie There isn't one it's basically what you're doing now except we came up with a solution but you'd be able to cancel/refund it basically show them the broken item you say it's broken add comment yes it is broken and days later they would get around to agreeing that yes it is in fact broken and they would refund you lol

alwaysannie It's annoying that it takes a few days but they are really good about refunding a buyer for just about anything. It's kind of a double edge sword especially for serious sellers like myself

alwaysannie like this one chick had bought a shape tape she had it for two weeks and decided she didn't want it anymore or didn't like the shade idk but she wanted a refund stating that it was fake. 🙄. it she said that she went to Ulta and they all confirmed it was fake and she got her refund after she returned it to me nearly completely used up even though she had taken pictures the serial number and I was able to produce a record from the tarts company itself matching the serial number

alwaysannie I love shape tape's but if you want a concealer that can conceal any imperfection it would be amazing cosmetics concealer that stuff is so thick and rich and long-lasting I love it i'd sell it on here but they have too many variety of shades to make it worthwhile or to keep in stock however I do personal shopping list if you are interested those are relatively cheap I sell them for $15

alwaysannie Anastasia and huda have the best eyeshadows they are so highly pigmented Imprintable their pallets or less you years and the quality for your money can't be compared. I I use my Renaissance nearly every day. Perversion by urban decay is my favorite mascara I'm kind of a mascara and eyeliner junkie I have them all

alwaysannie Farasli 24k gold oil and the unicorn essence oil which is a primer/setter is my new favorite thing I bought them expecting to not like them I thought I was an IG trend & ppl like pretty apothecary bottle using droppers. but I was dead wrong especially with unicorn that stuff is the strangest but strongest primer I've ever used EVERYTHING from my lips to my eyeliner will stay on all day long and probably till the next day if I didn't wash my face

alwaysannie Don't buy any kind of primer/setting spray/setting powder made by too Faced you're better off giving your money away. Everybody who is kind of in this weird make up world knows that it's notoriously horrible.

alwaysannie I'm an interior designer and sell my art on the side so make up came naturally to me because it's not much different from a paint brush and campus but once I got older and started using higher and make up I begin noticing the difference especially in eyeshadows and Face products- buy all the mascara lipstick eyeliner you want from drugstores but I always advise to spend $15 extra and purchase face or eye Products from a higher end of store there's a big difference

alwaysannie LOL sorry I didn't mean to write a novel I just really like that question and if you have any questions about any make up even if you have no plans on purchasing from me ever again you can always ask me for any advise I Love love love make up not a vain person I just find it so much fun but there is definitely some items and some lines that are completely crap I try to keep things that are popular but also products that I truly believe is a good product in worth someone's hard earned$$

I'm assuming you have been reimburse you or should have been by now.... when this happens you have to mail back the items I sent you/,You've received one rainbow contouring brush and one unicorn highlighting palette's that was completely broken... I told you to keep the broken one and mailed you another rainbow highlighting palette that is either there or will be there tomorrow: l

alwaysannie even though I use the same shipping label PM can still track its own shipping label even if I can't they'll be able to see when the Highlighter has been delivered. They won't let you keep your money in the items that either take the money out of your account or they will ask you to please mail item(s) back to me(obvi they'll send u a free shipping label) once you get the new Highlighter they'll be notified and you will be asked to mail it back or have to pay for the items.

alwaysannie when I saw the status went from under reveiw to being canceled I just assumed you got fed up of waiting and canceled it and that's fine completely and your prerogative but I have to notify Poshmark bc when something cancelled you can't keep the the unpaid items didn't they email you anything?

I'll email tomorrow morning and let them know what we both want and they'll read these convo threads and hopefully you'll receive a highlighter tomorrow I can't imagine why you wouldn't and then they'll reopen the case only to finalize it as a success (because ultimately pages want profits made bc they get 20%( sorry i know it gets a Lil confusing and lately irritating I apologize but welcome to Poshmark it's worth the occasional headache

That's ur is still open maybe you should leave a comment saying that you were waiting the highlighter expecting it tomorrow and once you get it if it's unbroken and all to you're liking then you'll be satisfied with the purchases and will no longer want to pursue any kind of dispute I can't say anything because it's canceled on my end they need to hear that we're still trying to make this sell work

alwaysannie @becca2088 i’m really sorry Rebecca IDK what to tell you I mailed it and it’s my fault because I should’ve just done it the normal way so we could’ve tracked it I’m going to email Poshmark and let them know and they’ll be able to track the package see where it’s at what’s wrong I know this is really frustrating but I tried my best I really did and I really honestly hand in the Bible mailed you another one

alwaysannie @becca2088 if I wasn't so positive I had mailed it out to you I would be fitting you another one right now but I remember writing your name an 'I'm sry it broke but you saved my butt cuz all my highlighter would have broken too if you hadn't said something' card and i even put the letter with the highlighter and does the Dorvel unicorn glittery keychain in the two faced plastic cosmetic bag that's in the shape of the rainbow! It was so dang cute

All they said was they were going to track down the tracking number of the second label I printed out under your name and they well let me know when they find it in regards to us they suggested we talk I told him we already were in communication they said we had a few options that we could either go about it three ways

alwaysannie 1) iPM will email u a free send you a free shipping label to mail the brush back to me. 2) you can just purchase the brush I don't had to send you anything since you already have the contouring brush they can just take the money for the brush out of your accounts or #3 you can repurchase the brush and highlighter and I will (scary thought) Mail you another highlighter that can be tracked this time it's 100% your decision
