amyholibaugh Hi! This was the best way I could reach you about your Arbonne purchase. Your item did get mixed up with someone else’s, and I just heard back from Customer Support that you were contacted with a label to send it to the other person. Have you seen that communication? Perhaps they were confused by my marking it as sent in error and your marking it as Accepted. Please let me know if you need anything from me to help resolve this issue.
