newyork50 hi sorry for the confusion. did you open a case to return the skull purse? I received a message stating you returned it and it was delivered heyday yesterday...???

rjsmyposh8891 @newyork50 Poshmark has opened the case because of the return label they sent me. I told them it was not for the tote but for a wallet. They have messaged me 6 times. They sent me a message yesterday saying that they were refunding me for the tote and I said “no” because that is the correct item and I do not want a refund. I wish we could talk to someone by phone. I don’t think they are understanding.

rjsmyposh8891 Poshmark sent me a label to return the wallet by Monday January 31. I shipped it Monday morning. Monday afternoon Poshmark sent me a message saying to not use that return label. They sent a different label but too late…I had already shipped the wallet. I explained to Poshmark I had already shipped.

newyork50 did they refund you already? I emailed them too. they have are quick to refund but when you sell something you have to wait for the money. not your fault.

rjsmyposh8891 @newyork50 I received an email yesterday saying I would be receiving a refund. That’s why I told them I do not need a refund. My credit card has not been refunded but $14.99 has been refunded to my Poshmark account.
