jerseygirld Did you see the message regarding the Tom’s sandals you recently sold to me? Both of the shoes the soles separated!! I would have to think you knew this prior to selling them to me. I’m very disappointed. I don’t can’t find anyway to post a picture or I would!!

rlhatcher @jerseygirld I am so sorry for the issues with the sandals. I would not sell an item if I had prior knowledge of it being defective? I don’t think there was any way of knowing this would happen. If you want to try and report the shoes as defective in order to receive a refund from Poshmark, I would be happy to refund you.

rlhatcher Unfortunately, since the order has already been accepted, there is nothing I can do on my end. Poshmark has a final sale policy. Again, I’m very sorry about this issue with the shoes.
