maiden84 Hello! I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to message you about your Tory Burch flats. I was packaging them up earlier and noticed a larger scuff then I remember on the heel of one of the shoes. I know I mentioned there was wear in the listing but this constitutes a little bit more than that so I wanted to post another picture and let you look at it and have the option of canceling the order if you wanted to.
