salt_life_md @rebeccafrasher I've never done this before, I'm so sorry! I believe what has to happen is you have to enter a claim with Poshmark and they will send you a return label to send the item back to me. Once I receive the item you were supposed to receive back from the other buyer, I'll get it right to you. Again, I'm so sorry about this! 🙁
