Oh my goodness!!!! I’m so sorry that the top has an odor to it! I have never had anything of mine smell like that and certainly would not sell it like that if I knew that. Is there anyway this could have happened during shipping? I hold all my clothes to high standards and launder with care. Would you like for me to open a case with Poshmark Support?

I contacted Poshmark Support to see if you can get a refund. Again, I do sincerely apologize and would never intentionally sell an item that is not of high quality.

@sabraevanoff, Thank you for responding. I don’t think this happened in shipping. The wrapping was great with nothing wet or damp. It is a musty smell. If it was ever stored in a basement, flooded area, or a trunk, it would absorb this type of odor. I’m not filing a case against you; I’m just disappointed. You did ship it quickly. I do not need a refund as I have the blouse. Had I paid more for it, I’d probably pursue further. Thank you again for responding.

@mama_wells I did contact Posh support as I strive to make every sale a positive one. I feel awful that the top has an odor and of course I’m super embarrassed too!! I’m sorry that this buying experience was not the best. Sincere apologies. 💕
