recardinal @whatsupbritches ordered on 8/19. But was not shipped until 8/27 after the 7 day cancellation window and only after Posh sent you a reminder. Never communicated w me about delay in shipping violating second Posh guideline. Dress arrived after business trip so no use. Comment your shipping could improve was justified. You had control over ability to send update but you don’t take responsibility. I hereby award you a zero for customer service

whatsupbritches i understand what your saying but i do have two jobs an very hectic life right now, I've never had this type of thing to happen and me check out all of my ratings my shipping time is always good. just so happen i looked and seen where ur package and one other one wasn't tracking & 2 days later when i was able to get off work before the post office closed only then did i find out what was going on! I'm so glad other people understand people like myself make mistakes too!
