lifebuydesign Hi Rebecca. I'm baffled. I cannot find that belt you purchased anywhere. I do remember packing it up to ship. As you can see from my 5* ratings this is not my standard. The only thing I can think is that someone took the item from the open post office bin I dropped it in. Needless to say, I'm sorry and please make sure that you have not been charged.
