suitablegear I mailed your coat wrapped in a plastic bag in a heavy duty USPS priority mailing box. How would you have done it better? I didn't tear the box before shipping. Nor did I conjure up your snowstorm. I'm sorry to hear the zipper broke / tore. It was working when I owned it. I would never have sold it.with a broken zipper.

rshendowich Not for one second did I say YOU ripped the box nor did I say YOU broke the zipper. As a customer I am asked to ACCEPT & COMMENT on my purchase. I did just that. Did you prefer I lie about the condition of my purchase? And no my weather isn't your fault, but you might want to be a little less defensive & refrain from your jerk like comments when a customer offers feedback.

suitablegear Oh I'm so sorry you took my comments as "jerk like". Your one star rating for things completely outside my control, your comments like the packaging could be improved and "I won't be buying from this seller again " those weren't offensive at all. Just some well intentioned customer feedback. (You got one thing right.you WON'T be buying from me again.)

angelad1969 Hi Rebecca. I am so sorry about your coat. I lost my sense of smell almost 3 years ago and so I had no idea that it had an odor to it. I would be more than happy to let you return it and refund your money if you would like. So just let me know. Again my deepest apologies.
