Hi there, my sincerest appologies for not having shipping the snowsuit earlier. We have all been extremely ill for 2 weeks. This bronchial big going around is no joke. However, I can ship it tomorrow or offer you a full refund for the time you had to wait. As you can see I’m a 💯 on here, and it really has been awful with this bug. Haven’t even been to work. Hi there, as you’re aware you retracted your payment due to my illness. However, you did not let me know that was what you wanted to do in this situation. Therefore, you received your items a week ago, and I have yet to get paid or get my merchandise returned. Please let me know what is going on immediately. This is poor customer skills to hold up someone’s money and or merchandise. Kathy

Rebecca please send me back my merchandise as you retracted your payment. This is extremely unfair, and I’m wondering what to do next. Either send it back to me, or send me the payment as this has been quite unfair to me. It’s been weeks since you received it. Idk how this even happened. Tyvm

I am truly sorry but it took you weeks to get the product shipped that is why I retracted the payment! It will be shipped to you 1st thing in the morning. I just received the product.

@kateyesazul I am sorry again. I did not realize you had sent me a message, so I am just now it. I am not trying to keep your item, I promise! It will be shipped to you today. I have been trying to figure out if I was charged or not before shipping back to you. You will get your item back. I am an honest Christian individual, I believe what happened is that it took so long for you to ship it. I ask for a refund and you shipped a day or two later.

@rhooper38 ty, I understand. When I didn’t hear back as to weather you wanted a refund or for me to ship it, I just shipped it. I didn’t mean to sound as if you were dishonest, if so, I apologize. I just sell on here for extra money and with Xmas coming I’m trying to sell as much as I can 😊. Ty for responding to me. You don’t want to keep it correct??
