@2thrifty hi there, I sent you a message regarding your rating. Sorry you feel there is a cigarette smell... I do not even smoke. No one does in my house! And the dress was freshly laundered. Sorry it seems to have picked up a scent elsewhere. Plastic is porous and maybe it caught something in the USPS warehouse.
