Im sorry message was sent incorrectly, I will be mailing out your beautiful coat today, although the fox fur attachment does not come with it, my employee failed to mention it was only for the photo because it actually belongs to another coat I have in stock on another platform.

@humblepie you know I think the polite thing to do in this situation would have been to address the fact that it was incorrectly listed and then provide the person a chance to reconsider. I purchased because I was under the understanding it came with both pieces for that price. Mistakes happen but I think that when your selling something and it was made on your end you have the responsibility to remedy them.

My employee worded the description incorrectly. As a matter of fact that employee was terminated last month. Again I did inform you and sorry I would be losing money if I would be including it for that price. Please do your research
Its well over $200 bucks on all platforms and has basically sold out every where.
Its a beautiful coat it really is. You got a real great deal. If anything I lost money. I paid over $ 300 at Lord & Taylors.
